OUR WARRANTY
All the work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner as per the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute paver installation guidelines and the National Concrete Masonry Association retaining wall installation practices. Most products we install carry a manufacturer's lifetime guarantee on the structural integrity for the original purchaser of the product for residential applications. Some of the products carry a transferable warranty. Our installation and workmanship will carry a Three (3) year warranty from the date of completion for any irregular settlement of the pavers or retaining walls caused by settlement of the material installed by Terraform Contracting Ltd. Our warranty will include any labour required to repair the effected areas. Our goal is to repair any warranty work within 14 days from when we are notified. All products shall remain the property of the vendor until paid in full.

Terraform Contracting is a landscape contractor installing projects in the Greater Toronto Area. A large percentage of our work is 'hard' landscaping. Hard landscaping would be the walkways, driveways, retaining walls. Natural and man made stone elements. A smaller percentage of our work is 'soft' landscaping. Soft landscaping includes tree and shrub planting, sodding, etc. All the green elements. The company might be best described by what we don't do. We do not do weekly maintenance. We do not do fertilizing or weed control. We do not do tree care. We are not a handyman. If you want a pro, read on.
Terraform Contracting is a professional contractor. Our primary discipline is landscape construction. Installing paving stones, retaining walls or laying flagstone. This is what we do on a daily basis. We have many videos up on our Youtube channel showing how we work. If you want a new roof installed wouldn't you hire a roofer? If you require hardscape elements installed, doesn't it make sense to hire a company who's primary discipline is hardscaping? We have the training, experience and equipment to complete your project to high standards. You've heard the term, jack of all trades, master of none. This is not a hobby or part time job. This is a full time serious business.
